Our Facilities

The Recovery Cardiff Ltd features an expansive sauna accommodating up to 12 individuals, complemented by five ice baths of varying temperatures, beginning at 8°C as the warmest, with subsequent options at 6°C, 4°C, and two at 2°C. In addition, the main area includes two showers and a designated relaxation zone. The facility also offers two generously sized changing rooms for enhanced guest comfort. There are also Professional Athlete Supplements (PAS) and cold water available from the reception.
